• Owned the entire frontend engineering function across 4.5 years, growing from sole frontend engineer to lead. Managed hiring, onboarding, and team continuity through multiple bear market contractions and a company acquisition. The frontend team transitioned fully intact into Avail with zero disruption to product delivery.
• Built Arcana's Chrome Extension wallet from scratch, a non-custodial sidebar wallet supporting 13 blockchains, transaction signing, dApp injection (Aave, Uniswap, Lido, Hyperliquid), and unified cross-chain balance management. 750+ users, 4.7★ on Chrome Web Store during a bear market. Provider injection system built by studying MetaMask's architecture. Technology later extracted into a TypeScript SDK for B2B distribution.
• Built SendIt, a gamified cross-chain transfer app (email/X/ENS instead of wallet addresses). Scaled to 65K+ accounts and 20K+ peak DAU. Traffic exhausted Netlify Pro limits despite aggressive caching, migrated entire frontend infrastructure to self-managed AWS. Included leaderboards, anti-farming safeguards, and NFT rewards.
• Architected Arcana's Developer Dashboard from scratch, the primary interface for Web3 developers to register dApps, configure auth providers, manage storage, and customize the embedded wallet. Vue 3, TypeScript, Chart.js.
• Shipped Skizzle within the first month, Chrome + Firefox extension for E2E encrypted email attachments using InboxSDK and gmail.js, RSA keys via Web3Auth (Torus), and decentralized storage. ~1,000 users, 4.2★ on Chrome Web Store.
• Migrated marketing site through WordPress → Nuxt → Webflow → Framer, freeing engineering dependency to design team.

• Architected Pricinger, a privacy-focused Chrome Extension with multi-region VPN proxies (AWS: Albania, Slovenia, India, Greece), geolocation blocking, user agent spoofing, cookie clearance, and an automated crawler that identified optimal settings per-site. ~1,000 users, 4★ rating.
